I heard this message from Dr Cref.lo Dol.lar the other day and I know it’s important from my own experience and I knew I just needed to share it with all of you who read this blog.

“1 of 3 simple things God told Dr Cref.lo Dol.lar:

Jesus came full of grace but full of truth.  You’ve got to start living your life with grace but not ignoring the truth.  I thank God for the grace of God that give me non-imputation of sins and I thank God for the grace of God that made me the righteousness of God, I thank God for the grace of God that gave me Jesus and Jesus is my peace and my sanctification and I thank God for the grace of God that did everything for me without any of my works and any of my efforts and by pure fact that I believe Him and trust Him and I’m a beneficiary of a covenant that He swore to Himself to do for me and I sit and I get all the benefits because of what Jesus did for me.

And I know you think it hard to believe but it doesn’t require any effort on my own to try to get anything that He promised to give me.  My job is to trust in all of the finished works of Jesus Christ and my job, if I’m going to get it in this life, is to learn how to rest in what He’s already done instead of learning how to work and trying how to get that.  That’s the grace of God I’ve been given.  That’s the grace of God that I have. That is what I receive, but I also understand the place of truth: Truth is necessary so that I can get victory.

In other words:  Instead of spending all my time worrying about whether I’m going to heaven or not, that’s already settled in grace.  I can, no matter what happens to me, no matter what I do, no matter what I don’t do, I can still hop in my Father’s lap and He still accepts me, love me and receive me.  But if I want to get healed I’m going to have to know truth, if I want to prosper financially I’m going to have to know truth, if I want my marriage to work I’m going to have to know truth.  See Jesus came with grace and truth.

But what Christian people don’t understand, is you know you want to hop in the Father’s lap and that’s great – He will let you sit there but He says; “You know what?  I want you to walk in some of this glory so I gave you some truth, and I want you to know these spiritual principles and I want you to know these truths and I want you to rest in these truths that I have given you in the Word because I can’t bless you without these truths!  I can’t manifest certain things without these truths!

So if you ever wonder, you know, I’m under the grace of God, you know, “Hit me!”  No, no! God says; “No!” You are under the grace of God and I’ve already prepared everything you ever wanted but now if you want something to happen in your life – You have truth.

Do you know these truths?  I’m not talking about really doing anything – but what do I do with the truth that I know?  The Bible says “attend to my Word.” (Proverbs 4:20)  Do you know the greatest thing you can do to see manifestation in your life?  Is to study the Word of God, and study the Word of God, and speak the Word of God, and study the Word of God, and speak the Word of God and while people are working to try and get something to happen, you are studying the Word of God and speaking the Word of God and attending to His Word and that Word is doing it, but you have to know the truth!  You have to know what truth to study and to get in, if you want some of those blessings to come because aside from the truth God can’t bless you.

You’re graced and you’re going to heaven, but what happens here is going to be based on truth and it’s still going to require you to put a faith to man on truth.  So Jesus came with grace and He came with truth.  The grace that says your spiritual destiny will never ever be put in jeopardy, but “O, how I wanted to heal you, but you didn’t take the truth.  O how I wanted to deliver you, but you didn’t take the truth.  O, how I wanted to make you richer than you ever thought you could but you didn’t take the truth.”

Let me give you a perfect example:  A guy that doesn’t believe in increase – that is a truth – if he doesn’t believe in increase – you know what?  He can give in every offering and still never experience an increase!  Why?  Because God can’t bless you aside from the truth that you know.  Faith can’t work where the will of God is not known, and Jesus demonstrated that over and over again until the will of God is not known faith won’t work!  And yes, God still loves you, and yes you’re still on your way to heaven and yes, you are the righteousness of God and yes, you are forgiven and yes, you are all of those things, but ladies and gentlemen – I don’t know about you – it is just not enough for me right now to just talk about going to heaven…

I want to glorify God!  I don’t just want to go to heaven – I’ve got that wrapped up!  How did I get that wrapped up?  I received Jesus and He got it all wrapped up and there is nothing else I need to do!  I’m saved!  The Blood has cleansed me.  There is nothing I can do to mess that up!  That covenant does not depend on what I do in order for God to bring it to pass. That covenant depends on what God has sworn to Himself! Its foolproof – a fool can’t even mess it up!  That’s already wrapped up!

But me manifesting His glory – manifested work in this life can’t be done without truth.  That’s why Jesus came with grace and truth.

The Bible says He was full of glory, full of grace and full of truth (John 1:14) and you know they go hand in hand because it’s hard for you to receive truth if you are condemned, it’s hard for you to receive truth if you don’t believe you are loved, if you don’t believe you are forgiven, if you don’t believe you are going to heaven.  Once you get that out of the way and you recognize these are the truths that I can be walking in, in my life – you’re going to see manifestations in your life.

But too many people just sit back and don’t understand – you know – “attend to My Word, attend to My Word, attend to My Word.”  Those are the instructions; “attend to My Word, attend to My Word…”

Now there it talks specifically about God’s medicine and how His Word will be health, or medicine to your body, but what do you have to do to take that medicine?  (Proverbs 4:22) “Attend to My Word, attend to My Word” – well you do exactly the same with every other promise in the Word – you attend to it.  Do you want increase in your life?  You have to attend to the truths concerning increase in your life.  You think about it – the area that you studied in your life was most of the time the area of your manifestation.  When you stop studying that area – so did the manifestations.

Someone says, “well, brother Dol.lar, that is self effort!”  No!  Self effort is based on you depending on your own abilities as a source.  I’m, depending on God – I’m trusting God’s Word.  I mean what else can I do except study it and speak it, the rest of it is being led by the Spirit of God. “

A Word from God for you:

Saturday night I got another awesome revelation on a subject that’s bothered me quite a bit recently. See I’ve been thinking back on an instance in my own life and on some stories I’ve heard from other ladies who were ttc, and I just knew the Holy Spirit was trying to get me to understand something, but for about a week or so I just did not get it.

Let me first tell you the story I was thinking about. Almost 2 years ago, I heard that a prophet from the USA was visiting a nearby church (not our church), and I convinced DH that we should go to that church, secretly hoping that maybe, just maybe we might get some kind of prophecy about a pregnancy or a child or children that we might have. I was quite disappointed when at the end of the service he did prophecy, but not over us, only over 2 people in a church that seated probably a thousand or more people. Fortunately I got over it very quickly; I just reminded myself that I didn’t need a prophecy, because I believed that I was already pregnant. As a matter of fact I was, because exactly a week later I took a pregnancy test and it came up positive, and baby G was born from that pregnancy.

So I kept on thinking recently how I thought that it would have been nice to get confirmation from someone, anyone, that I will get pregnant and that we will have all the babies that we want. At that stage I thought it would strengthen my faith, and that I would have more hope when I know it is going to happen…

Then on Saturday night I realized – we don’t need prophets, or people speaking a prophecy over us, we have something much, much better. We have God’s Word – the Bible, that guarantees us that we will have children, and God’s personal Word is so much better than any human being’s because:

God does not change His mind and he does not lie:
Malachi 3:6 (NIV): 6 I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.”
James 1:17 (NIV): 17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
Numbers 23:19 (NIV):19 God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfil?”
God cannot break His Word:
Psalm 89:34 (NIV): 34 I will not violate my covenant or alter what my lips have uttered.”
God does not take away his gifts:
Romans 11:29 (Amp): 29For God’s gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]”

So today I want to say to all the ladies and gentlemen reading this blog and who long for a baby, even if you already have a child, no matter how old you are and no matter what is wrong with you God has the following message for YOU:

Psalm 113:9 (NIV): “He settles the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the Lord.”

I also feel compelled to share the following scriptures with you: Genesis 18:10-14 (NIV):  10 Then one of them said, ‘I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife will have a son.’ Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him. 11 Abraham and Sarah were already very old, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing. 12 So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, ‘After I am worn out and my lord is old, will I now have this pleasure?’ 13 Then the LORD said to Abraham, ‘Why did Sarah laugh and say, “Will I really have a child, now that I am old?” 14 Is anything too hard for the LORD? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.’”

You can take this as something worth much more than a prophecy – God has said it and it will come to pass: You will have all the children you desire and you don’t have to wait either!

The provision was made by Jesus on the cross and His work is complete, finished! Nothing more needs to be done – He paid the full price for you, and in the process He gave His righteousness to you, so when God looks at you, He sees Jesus in all His glory! So don’t worry if you deserve it or not, that has nothing to do with it! Just accept God’s Word and believe it…

I want to share this part of Jo.seph Prin.ce’s book Des.tined to Rei.gn with you today.  It set me free of all guilt and condemnation.  Now I know what Jesus meant when he said;32 And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.” (John 8:32)

“Many preachers are telling believers that they have to exhibit more Christian character, more self control, more godliness and more brotherly kindness.  My friend, I totally agree that all these qualities are good and necessary, but the question is, how do we develop them? How should we preachers help believers to exhibit more Christian character?  When asked for the solution, most people would say, “Discipline!  We need to focus more on the Ten Commandments and develop discipline, and then self-control, godliness and brotherly kindness will come.”  While all that sounds very good (to the flesh), that is not what the Word of God says, and I for one, want to go by what it says:

2 Peter 1:5-9:   5… add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.  8For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.  9For he who lacks these things is short sighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.”

It is clear that if a person lacks good Christian qualities like self-control, godliness and brotherly kindness, it is not because he lacks discipline, but because he has forgotten the main clause of the new covenant.  He has forgotten that the blood of Jesus has purchased him the forgiveness of all his sins.  Beloved, if you remind yourself daily that you have been cleansed from all your sins, you will exhibit more and more of these Christian qualities.  Your heart will overflow with self-control, godliness, perseverance, brotherly kindness and love.

Pray like this every day and enjoy your forgiveness:

“Dear Father, I thank You for the cross of Jesus.  I thank You that today, because of Jesus’ blood, I have been forgiven of all my sins, past, present and future.  Today, You are merciful to my unrighteousness, and all my sins and lawless deeds, You will remember no more.  You see me as completely righteous, not because of what I’ve done, but because of Jesus.  I am greatly blessed, highly favoured and deeply loved by You.  Amen.”

My friend the secret behind every godly man and woman is their belief in the truth that they have been forgiven.  Their godliness stems from a revelation of their forgiveness.  They are believers who believe and honour God’s Word.  When God says that He is merciful and that He has forgiven all their sins, they take Him at His Word.  All day long they are forgiveness-conscious.  Even when they say the wrong thing, do the wrong thing or have a wrong thought, they continue to be forgiveness-conscious.  They see the blood of Jesus continually washing them.  They see God in His mercy and grace.  Because of their forgiveness-consciousness, they experience victory over sin.

“Pastor Prince, are you saying that we don’t have to confess our sins?”

Listen carefully:  We don’t have to confess our sins in order to be forgiven.  We confess our sins because we are already forgiven.  When I say “confess our sins”, I’m talking about being open with God.  I don’t go before Him begging for forgiveness.  No, I talk to Him because I know that I have already been forgiven.  I know that I can come to Him freely – He is my God, my Daddy God.  Forgiveness is not dependent on what I do, but what Jesus has done.  So confession in the new covenant is just being honest about your failures and your humanity.  It’s the result of being forgiven and not something you do in order to be forgiven.

Let me give you an illustration that will help you.  When my little daughter Jessica makes a mistake, do I forgive her only when she comes to me and says, “I am sorry, Daddy?” No, of course not!  As a loving father, I have already forgiven her.  I don’t forgive her because of her confession or what she does.  But when she says, “I am sorry, Daddy,” I can tell her that I love her and have already forgiven her.  In the same way, our loving heavenly father does not only forgive us only after we have confessed our sins.  Fellowship with Him is not broken because our forgiveness is not contingent on what we do.  It is contingent on the finished work of Jesus.  We do not confess our sins to be forgiven.  We confess or speak openly to our gracious Father because we have already been forgiven.”

Explaining the Covenants:

Yesterday and today I got these Daily Devotionals from Jo.seph Prin.ce, and it explains the covenants so well that I felt I had to share it with you.  I also read something in his book Des.tined to Rei.gn, about the covenants that just made sense and I think it ties well together.

Guaranteed By Covenant

Genesis 15:8–9
8And he said, “Lord God, how shall I know that I will inherit it?” 9So He said to him, “Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.”

Are you discouraged because a breakthrough that you have been praying for has yet to manifest? Maybe it has been days or even weeks and you are asking, “How will I know that I will get it?” Abraham faced the same situation and asked God the same question. And God answered, “Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” What a strange answer!
But if you read on (Genesis 15:10–21), you will realize that God took Abraham’s question very seriously, and went on to show him just how serious He was about being his provider, protector and blesser. God was so serious that He was willing to bind Himself to a covenant.
What is a covenant? It is like a contract. Yet, it is more than a contract. A contract is binding only for a period of time, like five years or seven years, or until certain terms are fulfilled. But a covenant is perpetual. It is permanent. The only way out is through death. That is why marriage is a covenant, not a contract. It is permanent — “Till death do us part”.
In Bible times, when you cut a covenant with someone, you bring an animal, usually a ram or goat, and kill it by cutting it in two. Next, you will face your covenant partner and walk toward each other between the two pieces of the animal, passing each other in the center.
What all this means is that both parties are obligated to protect and provide for each other. Whatever belongs to you is your partner’s and whatever belongs to your partner is yours. Of course, the one who benefits is the lesser or poorer party.
Today, God is in covenant with us. We are the lesser, poorer party. We have nothing to offer God. But God, the richest and most powerful being in the universe, has everything to offer us!
My friend, God has bound Himself to a covenant, an iron-clad guarantee of His blessings and provision in your life, and it is all for your benefit. The breakthrough you are waiting for is guaranteed by covenant!

Rightly Dividing The Covenants:

It is important that we understand that God works through covenants because that explains how God blesses people. Under the old covenant of Moses, if the children of Israel obeyed the “big ten” – the ten Commandments – they would be blessed, otherwise, they would be cursed and punished. Think about this for a moment:  Were they cursed because God was a God of wrath?  No, they were cursed because they had failed to keep the terms of their covenant.  It was a covenant that depended on their ability to keep the law and they could not.

The good news is that you and I are no longer under the requirements of the old covenant.  Through Jesus’ finished work, we are now under a new covenant, and in this covenant, we are blessed, not because we are good or because we do good.  To put it simply, we are blessed because Jesus is good, and He made us good and accepted by washing away all our sins with His own blood! We have to rightly divide the covenants.

A  Sleeping Partner Who Benefits:

Genesis 15:12
12Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram…

In business, sleeping or silent partners don’t work but still take home huge profits. They are like the wife of the boxing champion. He gets badly beaten up to win the prize money. But when he gets home, his wife takes it from him and says, “Thank you very much, darling!”
Do you know that in your covenant with God, you are like the boxer’s wife or the sleeping partner?
When Abraham asked God how he would know for sure that he would inherit the land that God had promised him, God made a covenant with him. (Genesis 15:8–21) But instead of cutting the covenant with Abraham by walking in between the animal pieces with him, God put Abraham into a deep sleep and cut the covenant with Jesus instead.
Jesus, the light of the world, appeared as the pillar of fire and cut the covenant with God the Father who appeared as the pillar of cloud. In other words, Jesus took Abraham’s place. He was perfect Man representing Abraham when He cut the covenant with His Father.
By substituting Abraham with Jesus, God was being gracious because if Abraham had done it, he would also have been responsible for keeping the covenant. And Abraham, being a mere man, would fail. But God the Son can never fail! Abraham’s blessings were therefore guaranteed because they did not depend on his performance but Jesus’ performance. Abraham was literally a sleeping partner, a beneficiary of the covenant.
Today, God has also made a covenant with you, called the new covenant. And like Abraham, you are a sleeping partner because the new covenant was also cut between God the Father and God the Son at Calvary. You are simply a beneficiary of the new covenant. You enjoy all its benefits without having to work at keeping it. Jesus, your representative, has already fulfilled all the conditions on your behalf. And because His obedience is perfect and His work is perfectly finished, the covenant blessings for you are guaranteed!
My friend, there is nothing left for you to do, but everything for you to believe. Don’t try to work for your covenant blessings. Rest in the Son’s finished work and receive them by faith!

First off I want to wish all the readers of this blog a very blessed 2013 – may you receive all the abundant blessings that Jesus paid the full price for!  That is what I’m determined to receive this year, and I wish it for all of you too.

Then the next thing I want to do is share a message with you that I heard on the 30th of December because it made a huge impact on me.  It is once again a message that I stumbled across – I was watching TV while DH was taking a very long nap and there was just nothing on the regular channels, and when I saw that Cref.lo Dol.lar’s program was on TBN, I decided to watch it as I wanted to see one of his programs for a while now, but somehow just never got around to recording one.  I believe the Holy Spirit was guiding me to watch this specific program…  Since I did not plan to watch it I did not record it, so I’ll have to tell this from memory, and I hope the message comes across as strong as I heard it…

Luke 1:26-38 (NKJV):  26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

29 But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”

35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. 36 Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. 37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”

38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.”

Just put yourself in Mary’s shoes here for a moment.  Just think how difficult it must have been to believe that what the angel said was true.  Never in all of history was a baby conceived without the act of intercourse with a man.  Even in today’s day and age it is generally thought to be impossible.  Any doctor will tell you so.  It’s just us Christians who actually believe that is what happened.  But Mary never heard of such a thing, yet she believed the angel Gabriel.

The angel Gabriel told her; “37 For with God nothing will be impossible,” and she believed him.  More than that, she replied; “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.”  In Mary’s case God’s Word acted as a sperm and fertilized one of her eggs, because the Bible says in John 1:1-5: 1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehendit.”  The Bible is speaking of Jesus here, calling Him the Word.

Now just think of all the impossible things in your life and this New Year start to believe for that.  Believe that all your debts would be paid off supernaturally, or that you will be miraculously healed of something that the doctors say cannot be cured.

“For with God nothing will be impossible.”

Do you think it’s impossible to fall pregnant?

“For with God nothing will be impossible.”

Do you have a problem that makes it impossible to get pregnant naturally?

“For with God nothing will be impossible.”

Whatever your problems are insert them in here:   ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

“For with God nothing will be impossible.”

38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.”

Why don’t you insert your name here in verse 38; “38 Then ……………… said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word,” and speak this verse out over your life.

Not only that, but go to God’s Word (the Bible) and see what it says about your specific problem and speak that over your life too.  Let God’s Word act like a “sperm” in your life too, like it did in Mary’s life, so that you too can become “pregnant” and receive the impossible in your life.

I’m sure your problem is not as impossible as what Mary had to believe for, but even if it seems impossible to you, stop limiting God, and just trust that He will take care of the impossible for you…
